Celebrating Jo
Dating back to our university years at Warwick, Jo was a wonderful companion and partner.
Jo was well loved by her contemporaries at university and was always generous and supportive to those around her.
Jo was always drawn to taking bold and adventurous steps and it was her idea that we skilled ourselves up to take part in an archaeological project in the Peruvian Andes. Her passion for being in South America meant that we eventually spent half a year in the mountains contributing to 2 archaeological projects.
Here in Oxford Jo and I took our different paths, and we saw less of each other, but thankfully we reconnected in the last few years, and I was blessed with that renewed opportunity to spend rewarding times together with her before she died.
